Make an evening of it in the Railyard Plaza. Check out El Ten Eleven and Future Scars on Santa Fe's Railyard plaza presented by Levitt Amp Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Railyard Community Corp. This night of fantastic live music is part of opening weekend of the amazing CURRENTS NEW MEDIA Festival right across the tracks which is open from noon to midnight. Music starts at 7pm and runs until 10pm at the water tower.
El Ten Eleven is a Los Angeles post-rock duo known for combining guitar/bass doubleneck or fretless bass, with heavy looping, or vamping, and the utility of an effects pedal, over acoustic or electric drumming. They have released six full-length albums, an ep and a remix album.
The band has earned some attention due to many of their songs being featured in the soundtracks of Gary Hustwit’s design documentaries Helvetica, Objectified, and Urbanized.
Santa Fe’s wonderful Future Scars will be the opener.
