Having just announced their upcoming full-length debut entitled “Interwoven” to be out September 16th, GRYGRDNS will release“Seersucker” on Friday March 11th as the first single off of their upcoming record. As the first peak into this much awaited debut, "Seersucker" perfectly encapsulates the unique sound and writing style of the group and it's diverse influences.
The track will be available for digital download with the purchase of a limited edition silkscreened package of sunflower seeds, the first of three in the "Garden Singles" series that entices fans to grow their own garden in anticipation of the album's release this September. Each pack features original artwork from GRYGRDNS' own Miranda Scott which you can view more of at her website.
The single will feature a music video produced by LA based filmmaker Conci Althouse. A graduate of The American Film Institute Conservatory and a Santa Fe native, Althouse brings her unique aesthetic and prowess as an up-and-coming cinematographer to capture the energy and essence of “Seersucker”. The single release will be celebrated with a release party and live performance on March 11th at Iconik Coffee Roasters w/ special guest Sirens.
